Résumé
Eva travels to southern Mexico to experience the magic of Oaxaca, the home of chocolate and the birthplace of Mexico's most ubiquitous ingredient, corn. She eats the famed quesillo cheese, prepared by celebrity chef Celia Florian. The chef's rendition is served with another Oaxacan delicacy, crickets.
