Résumé
En Russie, 1904. Le Tsar Nicolas II et son épouse Alexandra découvrent que leur fils Alexis est hémophile. Les médecins étant impuissants à le guérir, Alexandra fait appel à Raspoutine, un moine paysan aux moeurs scandaleuses, qui réussit à maîtriser plusieurs hémorragies d'Alexis.
