Résumé
Près de Séoul, dans les années 1980, une dizaine de femmes, toutes vêtues de rouge, sont assassinées avec une sauvagerie inouïe par un tueur en série. L'inspecteur Park et son brutal acolyte, Seo, peinent à le trouver et n'apprécient guère l'arrivée en renfort d'un détective aux méthodes nouvelles...
